NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 31, 2021 , entered in Case No. 20-CA-006729 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein BLACKSTONE RESIDENTIAL OPERATING PARTNERSHIP LP is the Plaintiff and WESTERN SIERRA DEVELOPMENT GROUP, LLC, A NEVADA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; ESSENTIAL PRIVATE BLOCKER I, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; CONSTRUCTION SPECIALTY SERVICES INC. (CSSI) , UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA CAMILLE COLLIER and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 NKA JOE COLLIER, are the Defendants.
