NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 1, 2021, and entered in 19-CA-006638 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and JESSICALY COOK; JAYDEN SCOTT COOK, A MINOR BY AND THROUGH JESSICALY COOK, NATURAL GAURDIAN; JOSE JOEL COOK, JR, A MINOR BY AND THROUGH JESSICALY COOK, NATURAL GAURDIAN; VONELLE EDUARDO COOK, A MINOR BY AND THROUGH JESSICALY COOK, NATURAL GAURDIAN; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY are the Defendant(s).
