YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, LANDMARK OAKS CONDOMINIUM, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit 1105, Building (Phase) 11, together with its appurtenances as described in the Declaration of Condominium of LANDMARK OAKS CONDOMINIUM, a Phase Condominium, recorded in O.R. Book 6000, Page 1792, as further described in Condominium Plat Book 84, Page 63, and as amended to add Phase 11 by Amendment to the Declaration recorded in O. R, Book 6408, Page 2362, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 94, Pages 28 through 36, and any other amendments thereto, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address:
3058 Landmark Blvd., #1105, Palm Harbor, FL 34684.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Daniel J. Greenberg, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
