NOTICE OF SALE
IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT OF FLORIDA

BETH E. FINDLEY and ANY UNKNOWN OCCUPANTS IN POSSESSION,
Defendants.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, l will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit No. 276 of LAKE HIGHLANDER R.O. ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for- profit corporation, according to Exhibit “B” (the “Plot Plan”) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, legally described in “Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. With the following street address: 1500 County Road #1, Lot 196, Dunedin, Florida, 34698.
The undersigned corporation also has a Claim of Lien on the Membership Certificate #465 of BETH E. FINDLEY, for any and all sums due the lien holder in relation to their ownership of the Membership Certificate and their acceptance of the Occupancy Agreement and outstanding Promissory Note.

LESS the South 25.0 feet thereof for right-of-way, Michigan Avenue, and LESS road right of way for County Road No. 1 on the East.

Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 26; thence along the East line of said Section 26 on an assumed bearing S 00º18'25” W., a distance of 216.66 feet; thence N. 89º41'35” W. a distance of 50.00 feet to the P.O.B.; thence S. 00º18'25” W., a distance of 20.01 feet to its intersection with the Northerly right of way line of Michigan Avenue as per O.R. Book 3823, Pages 174 and 175 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; thence along said right of way line N. 89º40'08” W a distance of 20.01 feet; thence N. 45º19'08” E., a distance of 28.29 feet to the P.O.B.
