YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, ST. ANDREWS COVE II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit W-4, together with undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of ST. ANDREWS COVE II CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in Official Records Book 4553, Pages 1161-1716, and any amendments thereto, filed in Condominium Plat Book 24, Pages 115-120, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 841 N. Keene Road, #W-4, Clearwater, Florida, 33755.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Daniel J. Greenberg, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
