Inc., a Florida corporation, if alive, and if dead or not known to be dead or alive, their several and respective unknown spouses, heirs, devises, grantees, and creditors or other parties claiming by, through, or under unknown natural persons; and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above-named or described defendants or parties claiming to have any right, title, or interest in the property hereafter described.
You Are Hereby Notified that an action to quiet title on the following property in Charlotte County, Florida:
Lot 38, Block 2940 of PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION SECTION 59, according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page (s) 73A-73F, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your answer or pleading to said Complaint on Plaintiff's attorney of record, Walter E. Smith, Esquire, 757 Arlington Avenue North, St. Petersburg, FL 33701, and file the original answer or pleading in the Office of The Clerk of the Circuit Court, Charlotte County Courthouse, 350 E. Marion Avenue, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950 the 30th day following the date of the first publication of this Notice Of Action. If you fail to do so, a Judgment by Default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
