YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following described real property, lying and situated in Manatee County, Florida, more particularly described as:
Unit 118, WHITNEY BEACH I, a Condominium according to the Declaration thereof dated October 8, 1968, recorded in Official Records Book 379, Pages 383-434, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, and as per Condominium Book 1, Pages 56-60, inclusive, together with all appurtenances thereto, all according to said Declaration of Condominium.
Said property having a street address of 6700 Gulf of Mexico Drive, #118, Longboat Key, FL 34228.
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Plaintiff's attorney:
