NOTICE OF FINAL HEARING ON PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN ADVOCATE FOR PERSON WITH A DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY (“PETITION”)
TO: TERRENCE “TERRY” DAVIS
A Petition for the Appointment of a Guardian Advocate for a Person with a Developmental Disability has been filed by Kathryn Rivera, Petitioner. A hearing shall be held to inquire into the capacity of Terrence Willman to exercise the rights enumerated in the Petition. If at the hearing the Court determines that Terrence Willman is developmentally disabled and lacks the capacity to exercise any of the rights enumerated in the Petition, a final order will be entered appointing a guardian advocate to exercise his rights. The name and address of the attorney for the petitioner are set forth below.
The hearing shall be held over Zoom video conference before the Honorable Diana L. Moreland, a Circuit Court Judge, on June 10, 2021 at 3:00 pm for 15 minutes. There two ways to access the hearing:
