NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Plaintiff's Summary Final Judgment dated the 28th day of April, and entered in Case No.: 2020-CA-002107-ES/B of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida in which the Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on-line at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M., on the 3rd day of June, 2021, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
