NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA - CIVIL ACTION
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, will on May 27, 2021 at eleven o'clock a.m. held in the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit F-4, of MARCO INN VILLAS, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in O.R. Book 440, Page 7 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
Pursuant to the order or final judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is:
MARCO INN VILLAS, INC., a Florida Corporation not-for-profit,
Plaintiff,
vs.
ESTATE OF DAVID D. KORN; and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS AND BENEFICIARIES OF DAVID D. KORN
Defendants.
And the docket number which is Case No. 21-CC-162
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
