Notice is given that pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 13, 2021, in Case No. 20 CA 006716 of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which SOUTHSHORE BAY HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and YAE MARTIN COLON and ELIZABETH SALAZAR COLON are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on August 23, 2021, the following described property set forth in the Order of the Amended Final Judgment:
Lot 5, Block 10, FOREST BROOKE PHASE 3A, according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 131, Pages 235 through 241, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
