NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Amending the Summary Final Judgment dated November 25, 2019 and Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated May 3, 2021, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-010010 of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is Plaintiff and CHRISTINA PERSAUD A/K/A CHRISTINA PERSUAD A/K/A CHRISTINA P. PERSUAD A/K/A CHRISTINA P. KOMAR; JOHN KOMAR A/K/A JOHN R. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED. THE COURT, IN ITS DESCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
