NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 7, 2011, and entered in Case No. 20-CA-008663 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein AMERICAN INVESTMENTS LLC is Plaintiff, and ROLANDO F. MACHADO; LUZ E. MACHADO; NELSON J. DIAZ; MARIA V. DIAZ; BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; LEE COUNTY CODE ENFORCEMENT are Defendants. Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee. realforeclose.com with the sale to begin at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is practicable, on June 9, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
