NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order Resetting the Foreclosure sale entered on April 30, 2021 and entered in Case No. 18-CA-003816 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in Lee, County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE IGLOO SERIES IV TRUST is the Plaintiff's Assignee and TAMARA D. ROBERTS-SMITH A/K/A TAMARA ROBERTS-COBB A/K/A TAMARA ROBERTS-SMITH is the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, LINDA DOGGETT, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on June 2, 2021 at 9:00 AM, following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT NO. 63, BLOCK 8010, BELLA VIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2005000056034, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031
