NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Summary Judgment of
Foreclosure, entered May 5, 2021, in the above styled cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:
Apartment 403, LIBRARY LAKE CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium in O. R. Book 4210, Pages 886-932 and Condominium Plat Book 19, Page 91, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, with an undivided 2.38% share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
for cash in an Online Sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on May 25, 2021.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
