Unit no. 51, Building B37, Wing âFâ NE, of ON TOP OF THE WORLD UNIT FORTY-THREE, A CONDOMINIUM and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 4657, Pages 402-429, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recoded in Condominium Plat Book 27, Page 37, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM. on June 14, 2021, in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
