The mobile home located on Plaintiff's property 5128 Windmill Manor Avenue, Lot #Q77, Bradenton, Florida 34203, a 1983 CORO Mobile Home, VIN #3CD7033A, Title #0040391860 and a 1983 CORO Mobile Home, VIN #3CD7033B, Title #0040391861.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
