DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R6, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF EDMUND F. DOMERACKI, JR. A/K/A EDUMND F. DOMERACKI, JR.; ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC.; ESTHER SKORD; CLARISSA ANDERSON; CHARLES DOMERACKI, are defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Circuit Court for POLK, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 14TH day of JUNE, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
