SMITH A/K/A REX EDWARD SMITH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF REX E. SMITH A/K/A REX EDWARD SMITH; PENNY K. SMITH A/K/A PENNY KAY SMITH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PENNY K. SMITH A/K/A PENNY KAY SMITH; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURTS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA; are defendants. STACY M.
