NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 7, 2021 , and entered in Case No. 2020CA003573000000, of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein KING PEAK LLC is Plaintiff and JEAN MILHOMME; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEAN MILHOMME; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.POLK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on June 11, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 170 AND THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 171, THE H.A. STAHL FLORIDA PROPERTY CO.'S CLEVELAND HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE(S) 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
