NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure,” entered in the above-styled action on May 10, 2021, in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Pasco County, Florida, the Clerk of Pasco County, Florida will sell the real property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described below to the highest bidder, for cash, to be held online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on
June 15, 2021, at 11:00 a.m.:
Condominium Unit No. 105 of GULF ISLAND RESORT AND RACQUET CLUB f/k/a GULF ISLAND BEACH AND TENNIS CLUB I, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1381, Page 932, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
