NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien, which is dated February 19, 2021 and was recorded March 3, 2021 in the Official Records of Collier County, Florida at OR Book 5902, Page 711 as Instrument Number 6012094 and the Claim of Lien, which is dated April 16, 2021 and was recorded April 30, 2021 in the Official Records of Collier County, Florida at OR Book 5938, Page 789 as Instrument Number 6049495, all of Collier County, Florida, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at VANDERBILT BEACH & HARBOUR CLUB Manager's Office, 9301 Gulf Shore Drive, Naples, FL 34108 on the 10th day of JUNE, 2021, at 11:30 a.m., the following described real property located in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
