If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
The real property at issue in this case is located at 5549 Sholtz St., Naples, FL 34113, legally described as LOT 9, BLOCK 5, AMENDED PLAT OF NAPLES MANOR EXTENSION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 101, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Copies of all court documents in this case, including orders, are available at the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office. You may review these documents upon request.
You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office notified of your current address.
