NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 13, 2021 and entered in Case No. 20-CA-006428, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF LONG BEACH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-WL1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-WL1 is Plaintiff and LOUISE M. GAY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LOUISE M. GAY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; VELOCITY INVESTMENTS, L.L.C.; are defendants. SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, AND THE NORTH 15.0 FEET OF SAID SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4, LESS THE WEST 240.00 FEET THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS AND UTILITIES ACCROSS THE SOUTH 15.00 FEET OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
