NOTICE is hereby given that a civil action commenced on October 14th, 2020, and is now pending as case number 2020-CC-066317 in the County Court in the State of Florida, County of Hillsborough.
The names of the unserved parties to the action are:
JOHN FORNERO
and the nature of the proceeding is a claim for Debt Owed $8,000.01 to $15,000.00.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer publication.
Each defendant is required to serve written defenses to the Complaint on plaintiff's attorney, Stephen K. Hachey, whose address is 10853 Boyette Road, Riverview, FL 33569, on or before the 30th day after the first publication of this Notice, and to file the original of the defenses with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter.
