TO THE FOLLOWING PERSONS: Ronald Dallas Krimminger, Jr., Tracey Krimminger, Larry Allen Krimminger, and all heirs at law of Robert Lawrence Carriker, of late from Concord, Cabarrus County, North Carolina.
TAKE NOTE that a Petition seeking relief against you has been filed in the abovestyled Special Proceeding. The nature of the proceeding being sought is as follows:
Real Estate located at 145 Deal St. SW, Concord, NC 28025 be brought into the estate and sold to pay creditors of the estate, permission to take possession of the real estate, appointment of a Commissioner to sell the real estate, payment of reasonable costs and appointment of a guardian-ad-litem to protect rights of unknown heirs and heirs who cannot be located.
You are required to make defense to such pleadings no later than 40 days from the first publication of this notice and your failure to do so the party seeking service against you will apply to the court for the relief sought.
