NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 4th, 2021, and entered in Case No. 21-CA-000372 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein, Robert M. Masrieh as Trustee of the Robert M. Masrieh Trust Dated October 3, 2014 is the Plaintiff, and Haven Fort Meyers LLC, et al., are Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 9:00 o'clock A.M. on the 4th day of June, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031
