NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on March 22, 2021 and entered in Case No. 20-001329-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ANTOINETTE PITT; JONATHAN PITT; AMERICAN EXPRESS NATIONAL BANK AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMERICAN EXPRESS BANK, FSB; and THE HOMES AT COVENTRY VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendant. The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com On June 24, 2021 at 10:00 AM, following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 184, COVENTRY VILLAGE, PHASE II-A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 112, PAGE 88, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as 4913 RIDGEMOOR CIRCLE, PALM HARBOR, FL 34685
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
