NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 19, 2021, and entered in Case No. 13-005647-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3, is Plaintiff and SABATINO J. LEONE; DIANA LEONE, UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 14th day of July, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, LESS THE NORTH 46.65 FEET THEREOF AND ALL OF LOT 7, BLOCK 23, ORANGE LAKE VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 65 THROUGH 67, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 11707 102nd Street, Largo, Florida 33773
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
