NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 19, 2021, and entered in Case No. 19-007740-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION TRUST 2006-OPT2, MORTGAGE-PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT2, is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF FRANK A. CANNAROZZO A/K/A FRANCESCO A. CANNAROZZO, DECEASED; CHEYENNE JOSEPHINE CANNAROZZO; VINCENT GRECO A/K/A VINCENT E. GRECO, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 14th day of July, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BOOK 4786, PAGE 234 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, HARBOR VIEW 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY APART.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
