YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for Replevin, Foreclosure, and Other Damages to recover personal property, specifically a 1986 Palm Harbor 5525 Mobile Home, Serial Number PH063418A/B and all attachments and additions thereof titled in the name of E. Corrigan (the “Mobile Home”), and a stock share to Stella Del Mar Co-Op, Inc., number 337 titled in the name of E. Corrigan and M. Corrigan (the “stock”) which are located at 12100 Seminole Blvd., Lot 337, Largo, FL 33778
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, upon Lauren Raines, Esq., plaintiffs attorney, whose address is Bradley Arant Boult Cummings, LLP, 100 N. Tampa Street, Suite 2200, Tampa, FL 33602, on or before a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication date of May 21, 2021 for this Notice in the Business Observer and file the original with the Ken Burke, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief of the demanded specified within the Amended Complaint.
