NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 10, 2021, entered in Case No. 20-002058-CI in the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein BAY POINT PLAZA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and BEVERLY NELMES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BEVERLY NELMES, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 10:00 A.M. on JULY 14, 2021. ( ) www.pinellas.realforeclose.com the Clerk's website for online auctions after first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 54, BLDG D, BAY POINT PLAZA APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 56-60 INCL.; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3153, PAGE 534 AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
