Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 10, 2021, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
THAT PORTION OF LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK B, OAKLAND SUBDIVISION NUMBER 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 1; THENCE SOUTH 15 DEGREES 13 MINUTES 45 SECONDS WEST, ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOTS 1 AND 2, A DISTANCE OF 51.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 75 DEGREES 55 MINUTES 33 SECONDS WEST, A DISTANCE OF 45.55 FEET; THENCE NORTH, A DISTANCE OF 52.56 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 75 DEGREES 55 MINUTES 33 SECOND EAST, ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 1, A DISTANCE OF 59.36 FEET OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

ALSO; THE VACATED NORTH 51.0 FEET OF ORANGE AVENUE ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF SAID OAKLAND SUBDIVISION NUMBER 2.
and commonly known as: 1334 NEW YORK AVE, DUNEDIN, FL 34698; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on August 11, 2021 at 10:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
