NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 11, 2021, and entered in 20-000523-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST SERIES 2006-A9CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-I is the Plaintiff and MONIKA G. GEZAL F/K/A MONIKA G. MONOVICH A/K/A MONIKA M. GEZAL A/K/A MONIKA GEZAL are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 21, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, HALLMARK VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, PAGE 10 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
