NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 1, 2021 in Civil Case No. 20000212CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Punta Gorda, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CVI LCF MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST I is Plaintiff and IGNATIUS JOHN ARMENIA A/K/A IGNATIUS J. ARMENIA A/K/A JOHN ARMENIA, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, ROGER D. EATON, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 12TH day of JULY 2021 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 806, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 23, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 2A THROUGH 2Z41, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
