NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 10, 2021 in Civil Case No. 08-2020-CA-000736 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Punta Gorda, Florida, wherein BROKER SOLUTIONS, INC. DBA NEW AMERICAN FUNDING is Plaintiff and LARRY PAUL WALTERMEYER SR., et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, ROGER D. EATON, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 16TH day of JULY 2021 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:

Commence at the Northeast corner of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 12, Township 40 South, Range 23 East, go North 88 degrees 50 minutes 40 seconds West 80.0 feet to the point of beginning; thence go South 01 degree 09 minutes 20 seconds West, 100 feet to a point; thence go North 88 degrees 50 minutes 40 seconds West 50 feet to a point; thence go North 01 degree 09 minutes 20 seconds East 100 feet to a point; thence go South 88 degrees 50 minutes 40 seconds East 50 feet to the point of beginning.
