NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 17, 2021, and entered in 2020 CA 000376AX of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein AVAIL HOLDING LLC is the Plaintiff and MARILYN ANSAY SENFT, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARILYN ANSAY SENFT, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are Defendants, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. on June 30, 2021 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
