NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 21, 2021, and entered in 2020CA000711AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE RMTP TRUST, SERIES 2019-C is the Plaintiff and STEVEN M. PERKINSON A/K/A STEVEN MICHAEL PERKINSON; CENTRE LAKE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; DAVID H. AXTELL, TRUSTEE OF THE DAVID H. AXTELL REVOCABLE TRUST DATED 5/30/96 are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on June 16, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
