NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered January 29, 2019 in Case No. 2018CA000211AX in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-CB6 (“Plaintiff”) and CYNTHIA STEPHENS A/K/A CYNTHIA E. STEPHENS; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY (“Defendants”), Angelina M. Colonneso, Clerk of Circuit Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 22ND day of JULY, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, DRYMAN'S FIRST ADDITION TO BRADENTOWN, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
