NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 11, 2021 entered in Civil Case No. 2019CA001996 in the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWMBS, INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2006-3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3, Plaintiff and ANGEL M. TORRES; CARMEN TORRES; LAKE WALES HOSPITAL CORPORATION D/B/A LAKE WALES MEDICAL CENTER; STATE OF FLORIDA; POLK COUNTY CLERK OF COURTS & COUNTY COMPTROLLER, are defendants, Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on June 24, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
LOT 4, BLOCK D, UNIT NO. 2 OF NORTH SHORE HILLS ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
