NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2019CA003283CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Norman Allen Preble a/k/a Norman A. Preble, Deceased; MONA LEE DOTY A/K/A MONA L. DOTY; LYNN MARIE REVELLE A/K/A LYNN M. REVELLE are the Defendants, that Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 15th day of June, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 2, SUBDIVISION RELYEA'S ADDITION TO DADE CITY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PLAT PAGE 61, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
