YOU ARE NOTIFIED that Plaintiff, Sleepy Hollow Mobile Estates, Inc. has filed an action against you seeking to terminate the cooperative parcel and evict you from the following property in Pasco County, Florida:
Unit #36 of SLEEPY HOLLOW, a Residential Cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 4507, Pages 292-342, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
upon which lies the following single-wide mobile home:

and on or before 30 days from the first date of publication of this Notice on or before June 28, 2021, you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Jonathan P. Whitney, Esq., Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is Lutz, Bobo & Telfair, P.A., Two North Tamiami Trail, Suite 500, Sarasota, Florida 34236, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
