Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 22, 2021 in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the Clerk of Court in and for Pasco County will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
UNIT NO.: H OF BUILDING NUMBER 1808, GARDENS OF BEACON SQUARE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AND A PERCENTAGE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS THERETO AS RECORDED IN 0.R. BOOK 478, AT PAGE 663, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND FURTHER DESCRIBED IN PLAT BOOK 9 AT PAGE 154, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
