NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on April 7, 2021 in Civil Case No. 11-2017-CA-001163-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-23 is the Plaintiff, and ANAIS ALVAREZ F/K/A ANAIS PAPPALARDO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANAIS ALVAREZ F/K/A ANAIS PAPPALARDO; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A BETTY VASQUEZ; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Crystal K. Kinzel will sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on the 10th day of June, 2021, at 11:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 75 OF GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 69, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 65 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
