To Defendants WILLIAM H. CRITTENDEN, MOON LAKE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, and all others whom it may concern: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 2, 2020, in Case No.: 11-2020-CA-000402 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit In and For Collier County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE is the Plaintiff, and WILLIAM H. CRITTENDEN, et al. are the Defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell at public sale the following described real property located in Collier County:
Lot 30, Block A, Moon Lake, Unit Two, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 122, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
The above property will be sold on June 10, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. to the highest bidder for cash. Clerk's foreclosure auctions will be held on the 3rd floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail E. Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with §45.031, Fla. Stat. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
