NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2019, and entered in Case No. 11-2018-CA-003557 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Deborah J. Wilkey; Kenneth A. Wilkey a/k/a Kenneth Wilkey; First Service CGC, Inc.; Madison Park Homeowners' Association, Inc.; United States of America, Department of Treasury; are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 10 day of June, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 36, MADISON PARK PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE(S) 1 THROUGH 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
