NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 19, 2021, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2019-CA-000882-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTNERATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-OA6 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OA6, Plaintiff, and JAMES R. ROATH ;BANK OF AMERICA, NA; BAYFRONT CONDO OF NAPLES, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM, on the 10 day of June , 2021, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2503 BAYFRONT, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2662, PAGES 765 THROUGH 891, INCLUSIVE AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
TOGETHER WITH THE RIGHT TO USE PARKING SPACE NO. W-30, AS DESCRIBED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
