NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of April, 2021, and the Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated the 17th day of May, 2021 entered in Case No. 2018 CA 005900 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein MICHAEL J. LOONEY, INC. is Plaintiff, and ESTATE OF PAUL J. WRIGHT, MADISON WRIGHT and TRISTON WRIGHT are Defendants. KAREN E. RUSHING as Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on July 01, 2021 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 11, Less the West 32.52 feet, and the West 22.52 feet of Lot 12, Being further described as Parcel “N” in Block 944, 15TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 14, 14A through 14B, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. Property Address: 8328 Agress Avenue, North Port, Florida 34287.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim with the clerk within 60 days after the sale.
