NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2021, and entered in Case No. 2020 CA 003357 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAMP TRUST 2004-OPT, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2004-OPT, is Plaintiff and CORNELL J. MCCALL A/K/A CORNELL MCCALL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CORNELL J. MCCALL A/K/A CORNELL MCCALL; BEEKMAN LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; PROPERTY AND CASUALTY INSURANCE COMPANY OF HARTFORD A/S/O LOIS J. BOWEN AND BRIAN A. BOWEN; LATASHA M. AUSTIN A/K/A LATASHA MICHELLE AUSTIN; STATE OF FLORIDA - DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 23rd day of June, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BOOK 1710, PAGE 1028, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED AND AS PER CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF RECORDS IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 23, PAGES 7 THROUGH 7F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
