NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2018 CA 002528 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, for the GSAMP Trust 2006-NC1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-NC1 is the Plaintiff and Ariel Rivera; Dawn M. Rivera a/k/a Dawn Rivera; New Century Mortgage Corporation are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 09:00 AM on the 7th day of July, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 225, 8TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 20 THROUGH 20-Z-2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
